Hand picked, whole bunch pressed and left to ferment with wild yeast
in old French oak barriques. This Arneis displays classic delicate scents
of flowers and fruit with almond nuances and an extra depth of
complexityand heightened mouthfeel.
Nose-subtle but complex nuances of honey and fig with underlying fruit and
toasty characters from 100% barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc in old French oak, using“wild” yeast. The palate continues to display the “wild” fermentation
characters with hints of almond and butterscotch combined with delicate
and balanced acidity
Light straw in colour, the nose displays white peach and citrus fruit
characters and buttered toast. The palate delivers flavours of cashews,
peach, grapefruits and lemons. There is great length and texture,
whilst still retaining vibrant citrus fruit and crispness of acid.
A Bordeaux style wine combining five varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Bright crimson in colour, the nose displays bramble fruits, forest floor aromas and gamey. The palate exhibits cassis and ripe raspberry fruits and subtle hints of fine French oak and underlying nuances of truffle.

Mulberry nuances leading to well intergrated tannins and lingering cassis fruit
