All these plantings on the “new block” have added to our focus on cool climate varieties, and given us the opportunity to blend.

We follow European (or Old World) wine-making traditions, adding the benefits of New World conditions and trends to make a better wine.

Basically, we’re producing some classic wines, steeped in hundreds of years of history, alongside some funky new ones — for example, a Shiraz Viognier blend, which is in keeping with cool climate and French traditions.

And keeping our Shiraz Viognier blend company in the cellar are Arneis, Evolution (a barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc), our hallmark Cabernet blend and a host of others … please see our ordering page for all our wines.

The common threads throughout Helen’s Hill wines are “cool climate” and “traditional with a twist”. These wines will be available primarily at cellar door, so best invest some time in yourself, and come and check them out.
