Hand-picked from select Pinot Noir parcels on our Coldstream estate, the fruit is whole-bunch pressed to preserve purity and delicacy. Tank fermented and crafted in the Charmat method, En Vie develops its vibrant effervescence through a controlled secondary ferment. A final 8 grams of residual sweetness are added to balance freshness and fruit, resulting in a sparkling that’s full of life — and joy.
