Helen's Hill 2022 Rangeview SCR Pinot Noir

The D4V5 Pommard clone is often called the “workhorse” of Burgundy – known for producing Pinot Noirs with generosity, power and the kind of tannin structure that begs to be cellared. At Helen’s Hill, it’s the boldest of our Pinot clones, and in the 2022 vintage it truly came into its own. A cooler season shaped fruit with purity and lift – red cherries, currants and hints of wild strawberry – layered with gentle floral and earthy notes that unfold in the glass. Silky yet structured, it’s drinking beautifully now, but its natural tannins promise years of graceful evolution for those patient enough to lay it down. Perfect alongside duck, rich mushroom dishes or a board of charcuterie, it’s a Pinot that speaks of both place and pedigree.
