Sourced exclusively from our single vineyard in Coldstream, the fruit for the 2025 Pinot Grigio was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to preserve delicacy and purity. Picked early to honour the Italian Grigio style, it was fermented in stainless steel to maintain freshness and clarity of flavour. A short maturation period before bottling allowed the wine to settle and integrate, resulting in a clean, expressive, and perfectly balanced Grigio that reflects both the warmth of the season and the precision of its craft.
