Our Zenith Shiraz is crafted from the top 5 rows of Shiraz vines in our vineyard. Planted at the highest point and identified as the pinnacle of shiraz growing soil on the site. The resulting fruit produced from the vines is consistently outstanding and the inaugural Zenith wine from the 2020 vintage displays the quality and purity of the fruit. A powerful wine that is balanced with finesse, the Zenith displays generous dark fruit characteristics, matched perfectly with dark chocolate notes from ample tannin and oak influence. A wine made to cellar, drinking well now and with plenty of scope to improve as time goes on.
