Our 2020 Phoenix Reserve Cabernets results from a barrel selection of the best performing barrels from our Cabernets from a vintage that is showing itself to be one to remember for big reds in the Yarra Valley. Made from a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc, 8% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot this is a classic blend that displays intense dry red fruits accompanied perfectly by toasted oak notes and supple tannins.
