Our Sangiovese is grown on the Cambrian soils of the Camelback Range in Colbinabbin, Heathcote. The vines thrive due to the combination of nutrient-rich Cambrian soil and the extra heat provided by the Central Victorian climate. This wine spent 18 months in barrel, and displays classical varietal characteristics of red cherry and spiced plums. The intense red fruits are complimented perfectly by herbal undertones, spiced oak notes and firm chalky tannins making this wine a perfect match for hearty foods and good company to share it with. Drink now until 2034.
