Sourced exclusively from our single vineyard in Coldstream, the fruit for the 2023 Pinot Noir was harvested at peak balance between ripeness and acidity to capture purity and freshness. Small-batch fermented and matured for eleven months in seasoned French oak barrels, the focus was on preserving bright fruit and fine structure rather than power. The result is a refined, cool-climate Pinot Noir that’s vibrant, textural, and irresistibly drinkable.
